Large mechanical rug circa 1990/2000, in the Ghoum style, in wool and silk. Ivory field with polychrome scrolls and garlands of flowering palmettes, surrounded by foliage and adorned with a central ruby rosette with a crown of ivory and navy flowers. Four spandrels with polychrome floral bulbs, and seven borders, the main ruby one with interlacing crenellated stems and flower buds. 330 x 238 cm
