CONDITIONS OF SALE

-All sales must be paid for in cash before the lots are collected or shipped, with a surcharge of 27% inc. VAT (i.e. 25% for the ABC auction house and 2% for DROUOT Live), plus €3 per lot.

-Payment for lots must be made within 7 days of the sale by credit card, in cash on collection of the lots, or by bank transfer 48 hours before collection of the lots: ING Bank, IBAN: BE35 3630 9215 9437, BIC: BBRUBEBB.

-Any participation in an ABC auction implies acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale, which are displayed in the auction room, in our catalogs and on our website: www.sdvabc.com.

-In accordance with Belgian legislation on copyright and related rights, the buyer is also required to pay a resale right of €2,000 or more to the artists and authors of the works sold, in addition to the purchase price. This obligation applies even if the claim to these rights is made after the sale and removal of the lot, without time limit. The resale right of 4% applies to artists from member countries of the European Union and from countries outside the European Union where, by law, the resale right is applicable, up to 70 years after the year of the artist's death.
